The man behind this transformative venture is Jesper Lublinkhof, a visionary with a passion not just for coffee, but for community upliftment and empowerment. Jesper’s journey started with a simple desire to produce exceptional Zambian coffee. However, upon witnessing the educational challenges faced by children in rural Zambia, his mission expanded. He realized that the road to a better future for Zambia was through empowering its youngest generation – a mission he embraced wholeheartedly.
Jesper’s efforts have illuminated classrooms, filled bookshelves, and sparked laughter in playgrounds. His commitment to the children of Makanda serves as a stirring testament to the power of one individual’s determination to make a difference. Munali Coffee continues to sow seeds of change, transforming lives sip by sip, cup by cup.
“Education is not a privilege; it’s a birthright,” says Jesper. Through his work, he has indeed made this belief a reality for many children in Makanda, proving that change can begin with a single cup of coffee. We channel 100% of your contributions towards the school’s needs, such as purchasing solar panels, buying schoolbooks, acquiring laptops, and improving playground materials.
We do not deduct any administrative fees or funding costs from your donation. Our operations are supported by a network of committed volunteers and the generous support of partners like Munali Coffee, who share our belief in the power of education.
This means that your entire donation is utilized in its entirety for the welfare of our students and the enhancement of their learning environment.
